The Rental Guide of the Smokies is now in its 21st year in the area, and is a sister publication to Homes & Land of the Smokies - 26 years old. Both publications are part of a Nationwide Network of real estate/rental publications serving over 30,000 communities across the United States. Our toll free number on the cover of over 5 million magazines monthly results in hundreds of requests for our local publications each month.
